Becker has been indicted for leaking a Grand Jury report and lying about it. Anthony Becker faces possible jail time if convicted by District Attorney Jeff Rosen.
Vocal members of the Santa Clara community have repeatedly requested Anthony Becker to resign his city council seat, but he refuses to step down.
Council Member Suds Jain
Jain knew that Becker leaked the Grand Jury report and chose to remain silent until forced to admit it under oath.
